Wow, that looks really a bit weird – seems that there’s just simply some other world visible in the window.

It is in a part of town that has seen redevelopment. As my coblogger Idiot Photographer noted in a recent post, there’s also a brand new school just a block away. Detroit is a rough city, but it does have pockets of hope.

My schools never had windows that amazing. Must have been distracting for the students!
I love those new units off to the right. Look so out of place, I’d believe it was photo-shopped in to the picture if you told me. :D

Yeah, it was odd to explore. We were just so visible to anyone walking by on the street. Luckily, Detroiters are used to people lurking in their old buildings.
